§ 17.28.030. Use requirements.

The following buildings, structures, and uses of land shall be permitted upon compliance with requirements set forth in this title:
A.

Any use permitted in the R-1 residential zone;

B.

Day care nurseries and rest homes when approved by the board of adjustment;

C.

Two-family dwellings.
