§ 16.24.020. Alleys.

A.

Alleys shall be provided in residential and business areas, except that the commission may waive this requirement where other definite and assured provision is made for service access such as off-street loading, unloading, and parking consistent with and adequate for the uses proposed.

B.

The width of alleys shall be 16 feet in residential areas and 20 feet in business areas.

C.

Alley intersections and sharp changes in alignment shall be avoided.
